Limestone Mining & High-Grade Lime Production Project @ Kazakhstan – Investment Opportunity !!!
About Project :
We are developing a greenfield lime production facility and have already identified two strategically located land plots: one for the limestone quarry and another for the construction of the production plant. Both properties are currently owned by a third party, and preliminary agreements for their acquisition have already been reached. We are prepared to complete the acquisition immediately upon securing investment financing.
The estimated limestone reserves exceed 40 million tons. Extensive preparatory work has already been completed, including geological exploration, laboratory testing, quality analysis of the limestone deposit, and other technical studies required for project development. These activities have been financed entirely by the project initiators.
At this stage, all available resources have been invested into project development and technical preparation. As a result, we are currently seeking a strategic investment partner to finance the construction and commissioning of the plant.
Our team will assume full responsibility for project implementation, construction management, operational activities, and production management.
The project benefits from strong market fundamentals. Kazakhstan currently experiences a significant shortage of high-quality lime, while several major industrial consumers are located in close proximity to the deposit. This provides substantial logistical advantages and significantly reduces transportation costs.
Investment Requirement: USD 20 Million
While we do not currently possess additional collateral assets, the project itself, including all acquired assets and the completed production facility, will serve as investment security.
Within approximately 24 months, upon completion and commissioning of the plant, the facility will be capable of serving as collateral for commercial bank financing. This will allow for the repayment of 100% of the investor’s initial capital contribution.
Following the full return of the invested capital, our preliminary proposal is to continue the partnership on a 50/50 equity basis. However, we fully recognize that the investor assumes substantial financial risk and responsibility in the development of the project.
Therefore, the proposed 50/50 structure should not be considered final. We are open to discussing alternative equity arrangements and welcome the investor's own proposal regarding ownership percentages. If the investor presents terms that are reasonable and mutually beneficial, we are prepared to carefully consider them. Our objective is to establish a fair, balanced, and long-term partnership that creates value and profitability for both parties.
To ensure maximum transparency and investor protection, the investor may appoint their own Chief Financial Officer (CFO). All financial transactions may be conducted under the CFO’s supervision, providing full oversight and control over invested funds, while our team remains responsible for operational and production activities.
Our company operates strictly through official legal and banking channels. All transactions are conducted under formal agreements and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
